EO Madison Yards was constructed during Phase I of the Madison Yards at Hill Farms 21-acre, mixed-use development. A 50,000 square-foot Whole Foods Market, 142,000 square feet of office space, an additional 11,000 square feet of retail space, and a central green were also included in the first phase of development.
